This workshop will orient you to the Five Step Program Improvement Process, a research-based approach to improve your performance on the Perkins nontraditional core indicator. Using the goal of increasing the participation and completion of women in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) related career and technical education; participants will learn to conduct a performance gap analysis, identify root causes and select an effective strategy to implement. If you have participated in the STEM Equity Pipeline Five Step Program Improvement Process training this will be a great refresher. New resources will be shared and individual technical assistance available.
